IMPORTANT NOTES-:
Form A-: Every employer of every establishment engaging 10 or more workers shall Submit online application in form-A for registration of establishment.
Form B-: If application is complete in Form A with all required documents the facilitator shall digitally sign the certificate of the registration which shall be in form B And entry register form C
Form C-: Register of establishment
Form D-: The employer of every establishment engaging 10 o more workers shall submitted onlinr application for renewal in form D along with required documents.
Form E-: If the application is completed in form D with all required documents the facilitator shall digitally sign the renewed certificates of registration which shall be in form E.
Form F-: The employer of every establishment engaging less than 10 workers shall submit online intimation in Form F Commencement of business along with required documents.
Form G-:After receiving an intimation in Form-F along with required documents a receipt of such intimation in form-G shall be issued to the applicant online and recorded in registered maintain in form-H.
Form H-: Register of establishment who have give intimation (for employer engaging less than 10 workers)
Form I-: Any changes in certificates of registration shall be notified online in form I to be facilitator along with required documents.
Form J-: Ever employer of an establishment engaging 10 or more workers on closing its business shall communicates the same to facilitators in form J
Form K-: Every employer of an establishment engaging less than 10 workers on closing its business shall communicates the same to facilitators in Form-K
Form L-: Consent of women workers to work in night shift.
Form M-: Notice of hours of works rest interval weekly holidays
Form N-: Notice of shift schedule weekly holidays of workers engaged in shift.
Form O -: Leave Book
Form P -: Notice of maximum leave accumulated.
Form Q -: Muster roll cum wage register.
Form R -: Annual Return.
Form S -: Application for compounding of offences by an employer.
Form T -: Detail of person Discharging managerial function.
Form U -: Detail of person occupying position of confidential character.
IMPORTANT TIPS-:
Shop/Trade licenses are State subject and the principles contrast in like manner. This permit is obligatory for all business substances, regardless of whether you are telecommuting. It covers - shops, business foundations, café, inn, theater, open diversion, and retail exchange/business.
